Vinification: the grapes harvested by hand are immediately taken to the cellar adjacent to the vineyards where they are pressed, destemmed, cooled and placed in an inert press in the complete absence of oxygen. After 24 hours of static decantation, the clean fraction of the must is tapped and fermented in temperature-controlled steel tanks for about 20 days. At the end of alcoholic fermentation, the wine is racked and left to age partly in wood and partly in steel.

Our wines are the children of this rich and generous land, where granite, sun and wind are the masters. A family business founded 30 years ago and now managed by sons Antonello and Stefano. About 10 hectares of vineyards in Gallura, where Vermentino gives rise to precious, full-bodied and intense white wines. Ancient methods and new machinery, cultivation and winemaking techniques that are always at the forefront to guarantee authentic aromas and flavors. An estate where care, attention to details and to the quality of the product contribute to creating unique and exclusive wines. The vineyards for Vermentino are trained in espalier on soils deriving from granite decay that bring great minerality to the wines.
