Orders & Shipping – ITALY
Shipping
Shipping in Italy is always free for orders over € 100.00.
For smaller purchases the shipping cost is only € 18.00.
Guaranteed Shipping
contiselections.com relies on the courier Logistics for all its shipments, using secure and patented packaging. All shipments are guaranteed and your bottles will be delivered directly to your home in total safety.
For orders over 60 bottles, please write to us at info@contiselections.com (or through the form in the Contacts page) and we will discuss it together.
Delivery time
Depending on the availability of the product you order, the shipment will leave within about 48 hours from receipt of the order confirmation/payment; delivery takes about 2-3 working days (4-5 days for the islands and Calabria).
If you do not receive your package within the expected delivery time, write to us at info@contiselections.com (or through the form in the Contacts page) and we will try to solve any problem as soon as possible.
Track Your Shipment
As soon as your wines are shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number directly from the courier, with which you can check where your package is and know when it will be delivered to you.
You choose where and when to receive the wine
Of course, you can choose where to receive the purchased products. If you want to receive them at your office or at another address (for example of a friend or family member) just enter the shipping information and the name of the delivery contact person during the payment process.
Make a gift
If you want to make a gift to a friend and want to send the package directly to their home, simply enter their address during the payment process. The wine will be sent to the shipping address indicated. Obviously, inside the gift box there will be no information relating to the price of the wines (which you can always access from your account). USA: please see tab below
Mississippi, Utah, Vermont, South Dakota: it is forbidden to ship alcoholic goods to private individuals in these countries.
Alabama: it is only allowed to ship to ‘ABC Stores’; the recipient must fill in the ‘ABC Form’ indicating the store chosen for collection. Please send us an email to arrange this.
– Importers not allowed for this service.
– Customs duties included in the shown shipping price.
– No strict delivery dates are guaranteed.

Great Britain: Any tax obligations for export are the responsibility of the recipient.
Cipro, Corsica, Malta, Greek Islands, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands: on quotation just with Express service, please send us an email via the Form in the Contacts page to discuss.
Madeira island: not allowed for this service.
Norway: it is allowed to ship only to a private recipient, not to a company.
– Delivery time: about 5-7 business days.
– Taxes/Accises charges at destination: to be paid by the recipient (not quantifiable in advance).
– Destinations not listed: on quotation subject to feasibility check.

Australia & Canada: the Custom clearance operation at destination will be responsibility of the recipient, who will have to appoint a broker (contact provided by our courier Logistics), provide the required documents, and provide to the payment of the broker and customs duties.
All other Countries not listed in these price lists will be checked for feasibility and costs upon request. Please send us an email to arrange this.
(examples: Brazil, China, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Middle-East, etc.)
