For Companies
- Assist new venue openings, find the right wines, set up new suppliers, organize first order and staff training, set up spreadsheets for prices and COGS.
- We can review restaurant wine lists/menus and provide guidance on potential opportunities to improve the overall wine list and COGS.
For Private Clients
- You receive expert consultation and hands-on support from a professional Sommelier and may delegate as much or as little of the work of collecting as you like.
- We can take a full inventory of your wine cellar with an Excel spreadsheet, with data such as wine scores, ideal aging, drinking window, information about vintage quality, etc.
- We can help to re-organize your wine cellar for ease of use, based on objective criteria – e.g: by grape variety, region, expected readiness of each bottle, vintage range, etc.
- We can also help you with finding the best wine cellar for your needs (fridge, cabinet, walk-in)
Distribution
Manuel always wanted to start a wine business that would represent and support small-family-owned businesses (like his) and help them to grow and be visible; hence why since he came back to Italy he started the Conti Fine Wine Selections distribution, so far operating in Italy. The producers in this portfolio are chosen for their ability to produce wines that are the pure expression of their area and terroir; proper “Vignaioli” that cure their vineyards and wines throughout the whole process, with maximum respect to the nature around us. All of them are either organic, biodynamic or from sustainable agriculture.
